Pay It Forward Raffle Official Rules
1. Organizer and Agreement to Rules:
The Pay It Forward Raffle (“Promotion”) is organized and run by Mesivta Shaarei Adirim.
By participating in this Promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Mesivta Shaarei Adirim, which are final and binding.
2. Eligibility:
This Promotion is open to all individuals who have:
- Successfully entered the Pay It Forward Raffle by making a one-time donation.
- Entered at least 1 hour before the scheduled raffle drawing on February 28, 2026.
- Chosen their entry amount (participants may select any donation amount as their entry, up to $500 maximum).
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
3. Promotion Period:
The Promotion entry period is open until 11:00pm on February 27, 2026.
The raffle drawing will take place on February 28, 2026.
4. Entry & Participation:
Participants enter by making a one-time charitable donation to Mesivta Shaarei Adirim in the amount of their choosing.
The entry amount chosen will determine the prize value if selected as the winner.
By entering, participants agree to these rules and regulations.
5. Prize:
One winner will be selected.
The winner will receive their original entry amount paid back to them every week for 52 weeks (one full year).
For example: If a participant enters with $100, they will receive $100 per week for 52 weeks, totaling $5,200.
Maximum entry amount is $500, resulting in a maximum total payout of $26,000 ($500 per week for 52 weeks).
The winner will be contacted by Mesivta Shaarei Adirim using the contact information provided during entry.
6. Prize Conditions:
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes or a lump sum cash payment.
Winners are required to provide valid identification and may be required to execute tax-related forms.
All tax implications, including income tax and other associated fees, are solely the responsibility of the winner.
Weekly payments will begin within 30 days of the February 28, 2026 drawing.

This raffle platform and any associated materials are provided “as-is,” with no express or implied warranties.
Mesivta Shaarei Adirim holds no liability for any damages, injuries, or other issues arising from participation or associated prizes.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mesivta Shaarei Adirim and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation.
8. Modifications & Termination:
Mesivta Shaarei Adirim reserves the right to amend these rules, change any prize specifics, or terminate the Promotion at any given time without prior notice.
9. Governing Law:
These rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of Illinois.
Any disputes or claims related to the Promotion will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
10. Acceptance of Terms:
By participating in the Pay It Forward Raffle, entrants acknowledge and accept these Official Rules and any future amendments or modifications.
